How can I make a booking

There are 3 easy steps to the booking process.

1. Make an Enquiry

In order for us to provide you with an accurate quotation, we need to collect some preliminary details and travel preferences. You will find “Enquire Now” buttons on every tour and special interest page, which will direct you to our secure online Enquiry Form. Alternatively you can click here to access our Enquiry Form.

2. Make a Booking

Next, we’ll contact you with a reference number, itinerary & formal quotation. When you are happy with your travel arrangements, you will need to complete and sign our Booking Form. This form can be completed on your computer before printing, signing and returning back to via scan to email, fax or post. We will also need a quality scanned copy of your passport photo page to enable us to book certain services and accommodation within China & Hong Kong.

It is an important requirement of booking with that you read and agree to our
Terms and Conditions.

3. Make a Payment

For a booking to proceed, a minimum deposit of $440 AUD per person must be made to within 7 days of us receiving your booking. The remainder of your balance is to be paid in full, no later than 42 days prior to your departure date. If a booking is made less than 42 days from your departure date, payment in full is required upfront.
