One of China’s most treasured regions, the beautiful landscapes of Guilin and Yangshuo will tempt you to stay a lot longer. Don’t forget your camera as the scenery here is simply stunning, particularly along the Li River. You’ll enjoy the shopping experience along West Street in Yangshuo where you can find some interesting local minority handicrafts and artworks. You’ll be impressed by the Cormorant Fishing Show, which is very symbolic of the Guangxi culture. The tour also includes some of Guilin’s most popular landmarks and concludes with a trek through the fascinating Reed Flute Cave.

Day 1
You’ll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. No meals have been arranged for today.
Day 2
After breakfast depart on a 4-hour cruise bound for Yangshuo along the crystal clear waters of the Li River. Lunch will be served onboard whilst you cruise through some of the most photographed areas of China. On arrival in Yangshuo, you’ll disembark and have the afternoon free to explore the shops and stalls along West Street or simply relax in a cafe or bar. Later in the afternoon, you’ll be driven back to Guilin to enjoy a dinner of local cuisine. After dinner you’ll visit the entertaining Cormorant Fishing Show to see the fishermen and their skilful birds at work. (BLD)
Day 3
Check out after breakfast and head off on some touring to see Elephant Trunk Hill, which is another famous symbol of Guilin. Next, you’ll visit Fubo Hill for a panoramic view of the city and then trek through the visually spectacular Reed Flute Cave. After lunch, you’ll transfer to the airport for your onward journey. (BL)
